Togetherall is delighted to announce Kirsten Owbridge as Head of People to oversee the wider HR function.
Kirsten joins the organisation with UK and international HR experience spanning FTSE100 financial services, media, telecoms and solar energy. Kirsten’s early HR career was spent in many well-known brands, such as O2, Mindshare Worldwide, Environmental Resources Management (ERM), Metro newspaper, Lloyds Bank and RBS, however, she has latterly worked in smaller, fast-growing firms, including the solar energy sector in Japan and the UK while at Sonnedix.
Kirsten says that “bigger firms are a great learning ground and I have worked for some incredible organisations, however, over time, I have realised that what I truly enjoy is working with smaller firms, helping them to grow, by building their teams and leadership expertise, as well as enabling individuals to bring their best self to work. Togetherall gives me that opportunity as well as the chance to work with an organisation with a real purpose, and a product that is needed more than ever in today’s world.”
Kirsten’s role at Togetherall will be to build and deliver a People strategy that helps the business achieve its objectives and establishes Togetherall as an employer of choice.
Speaking about her appointment to this role, Kirsten said: “Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leadership teams to develop people strategies that support the growth and development of the business and those who work within it. I believe I am joining Togetherall at a perfect time, as the recent investment is enabling the business to grow to meet the increased need for a service such as our platform, and I’m excited to be part of this journey.”
