Our team of professionally registered licensed clinicians monitors the Togetherall platform 24/7, 365 days a year, to ensure the safety of all members. These practitioners – known as Wall Guides – are trained counsellors and psychotherapists, and belong to such bodies as the BACP, UKCP, CAP, and the New Zealand Psychological Society. Overseeing this team are senior clinicians who also work around the clock to keep the platform safe.
About us
Togetherall believes no one should be excluded from instant access to mental health support from real people when they need it.Â
We’re on a mission to make this a reality. With Togetherall,
entire populations can have a safe place to connect, share and discuss what’s on their mind with peers.Â
Our diverse community is active day and night, monitored
and moderated 24/7 by licensed mental health clinicians.
Togetherall’s model
Go beyond treatments and self-guided supports. Provide universal access to something that always helps improve wellbeing: a welcoming community of people to talk to, any time anywhere.
Our impact
We’ve spent nearly 20 years bringing the empowering and healing benefits of peer support to under-served groups to improve mental wellbeing at a population level.
Work with us
Spread over three continents, we’re a diverse team, made up of licensed clinicians, product engineers, designers and managers, partnership experts, and more.
