Togetherall and PAS expand access to 24/7 anonymous peer-to-peer support for employees and families

Togetherall and Personal Assistance Services (PAS) have partnered to expand access to safe, anonymous mental health support for employees and their families.

Through the partnership, PAS has integrated Togetherall’s clinically moderated peer-to-peer support community into its Employee Assistance Program, giving members another way to connect with support anytime.

For many people, starting a conversation about their mental health can feel difficult. Togetherall provides another way to begin that conversation, allowing members to share what is on their minds anonymously and connect with others who understand what they are going through.

Early results highlight the impact of this approach. 67% of members of the Togetherall Supportive Community are newly participating in PAS services, showing how the community can help more people begin their mental health journey and discover the broader support available through PAS.

PAS has supported organizations and their employees for more than 40 years through counseling, coaching, consultation, and life management services. As a modern EAP provider, PAS embraces digital platforms that expand access to support while maintaining the human connection that is central to care.

“At PAS, our goal is to serve both the employees and families who rely on our support, as well as the organizations we partner with, through exceptional care and service. Togetherall brings a unique combination of innovative technology, clinical oversight, and a supportive community of real people with shared life experiences, giving participants another way to connect with peers and access support anytime.”  – Susan Skinner, CEO, PAS

A key factor in PAS’s decision to partner with Togetherall was its sophisticated 24/7 moderation by live, human clinicians. This provides an additional level of support for participants in the community, while Togetherall clinicians can also help connect members with PAS counselors for ongoing professional care if further support is needed. This clinician-led moderation helps ensure the community remainssafe and that members receive the right support at the right time.

“We’re proud to partner with PAS to help expand access to mental health support for employees and their families. At a time when AI is becoming a bigger part of the conversation in mental health, we believe there is no substitute for human connection. Togetherall combines the power of peer support with real-time clinical moderation to create a safe and supportive space where people can talk openly about what they’re experiencing. Together with PAS, we’re helping more individuals find support in a way that feels immediate, accessible, and grounded in real human connection.” – Matthew McEvoy, CEO, Togetherall.
