Our Privacy Commitment

This privacy statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information that can be used to identify you while you are in the Trained Peers Program.

As we collect information using Third Party services, this statement also includes the privacy policies established by the following Third Parties:

 

Information We Collect

To administer the Trained Peers Program to You, We collect personal information via our Third Party services mentioned above. We limit our collection of Personal Information to that which is necessary to deliver the program.

We may also collect sensitive information for statistical and research purposes to learn about the participants of the Trained Peers Program and improve the service.

 

Personal Information You Provide:

When you apply for the Trained Peers Program, we collect your full name and your email address through our Third-Party service, SurveyMonkey. We also ask about your gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation, though these are optional to provide.

Throughout the program, we also collect your email address and full name to provide you with training using TalentLMS, to schedule Roundtable sessions with Clinical Supervisors using Calendly, and to issue your certification upon completion of the program, using Credly.

 

How we use Personal Information and Sensitive Information

We use personal information collected via our Third-Party services to:

  • Confirm your eligibility for the Trained Peers Program and record your registration
  • Communicate with you, for example, by sending you an email confirming your registration
  • Administer your program training
  • Schedule and facilitate Roundtable sessions with Clinical Supervisors
  • Provide reports on your progress to yourself and the organization funding your participation
  • Produce your digital certification upon completion of the Trained Peers Program
  • Provide a copy of your digital certification upon request at any time in the future

For statistical purposes, we will process a summary of your Trained Peer activity on Togetherall with your personal information. We may share this information with your commissioning organisation for the purpose of service evaluation.

We use sensitive information collected by our Third-Party Service to:

  • Produce anonymized, aggregated reporting to (1) improve the Trained Peers Program and (2) share impacts with commissioning organizations and stakeholders.

We will process a summary of your Trained Peer activity on Togetherall with your sensitive information. We may share this information with your commissioning organisation for research and statistical purposes. Your data will be treated in the strictest confidence, and will only be shared in an aggregated, statistical form.

We do not sell this information to any third parties, and we only disclose it as described below.

 

Disclosure of Personal Information and Sensitive Information

We may disclose your Personal Information to Third-Parties to:

  • Deliver training, on-boarding materials, and assigning digital credentials as part of the Trained Peers Program. Your Personal Information (name and email address) will be shared with Third Party services such as, Learning Management System (LMS) provider, and Digital Credential provider.

 

Retention of Personal Information and Sensitive Information

If you are a Trained Peer, we will retain the Personal Information you have shared with us via Third Party in order to document your participation and communicate with you during the program.

We will retain this Personal Information for ten years after your Trained Peer account expires, unless you request erasure. After this time, we delete or securely destroy it in accordance with our document retention policies. You may contact us at peers@togetherall.com if you wish to access your Personal Information or make a request related to it.

We use appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your Personal Information from loss or theft, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction. For example, we train our personnel to protect your privacy and require them to comply with our policies and procedures that protect your Personal Information.

 

Privacy Statement Changes

Please note that we may update and amend our Privacy Statement from time to time and we will post any changes on www.togetherall.com. It is your responsibility to check regularly if there have been changes and to review such changes. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Policy lets you know when the Privacy Policy was last revised.
