Togetherall and CNS Win Best Public Sector Digital Marketing Campaign at the Northern Digital Awards

We are thrilled to announce that Togetherall, in partnership with our agency CNS, has won the Northern Digital Award for ‘Best Digital Marketing Campaign – Public Sector’. This recognition celebrates the success of our global paid advertising activity across 2024, which focused on driving member adoption for Togetherall’s online peer-to-peer community.

Improving Access to Mental Health Support

Feelings of anxiety, sadness, and loneliness can affect everyone, regardless of background, location, or profession. Yet, barriers such as limited awareness and access continue to prevent individuals from getting the support they need.

Our campaign addressed these barriers head-on by taking the approach to reach people where they already are: online. Using paid advertising as a powerful tool, we connected individuals to Togetherall’s safe, accessible, and anonymous platform.

The mission driving this campaign was clear: to make Togetherall visible, approachable, and trusted by those who might never have considered seeking support before.

A Cross-Channel Campaign Built for Impact

Our campaign delivered an integrated, cross-channel strategy that maximised reach and engagement. By leveraging a combination of social media, search, display and video advertising, we created a seamless journey that connected people to Togetherall when they needed it most.

Our approach focused on improving access to mental health support by targeting diverse audiences across regions and demographics, including rural or remote areas where services are often difficult to access, and deprived areas where resources may be limited.

The judges were impressed by the multichannel approach used in this campaign, leading to great results on a really important project. The team used brilliant creativity and achieved impressive CPC from the TikTok channel, and the overall impressions and registrations speak for themselves. The importance of this campaign shines through in the work of this campaign and the team should be proud. Congratulations! – Judges comments

Global Scale, Personal Impact

While the scale of this campaign was immense, spanning multiple regions and demographics, its greatest success lay in the individual lives it connected. Every click, every registration, and every moment of engagement signified someone taking a vital step toward mental health support, often for the first time.

By extending Togetherall’s visibility beyond traditional referral pathways like healthcare providers, we ensured that Togetherall reached people who might otherwise not have sought support.

A Shared Victory

This award is a testament to the power of collaboration and creativity. We couldn’t have achieved this without CNS Media, whose expertise in digital delivery helped turn our vision into a reality.

But most importantly, this success is shared with the thousands of individuals who have joined Togetherall and found a community of care and connection.
