How Togetherall supports Scottish councils’ strategy by offering digital platforms to complement and enhance other mental health services.
Togetherall is an online space for group peer support, that is easy to access, available 24/7 and anonymous. It is clinically safeguarded by always-active mental health professionals who are overseen by a 24/7 clinical team.
Promoted to whole populations or by referrals made in primary care, for 15 years we have worked with NHS and public health teams to provide easy-access, instant support from real people in our community.
Get in touchIndividuals can benefit from a range of cost-effective and clinically selected tools from online interaction with peers, night or day, and self-management resources and assessments.
There is 24/7 safeguarding and content moderation, actively managed by a team of clinicians and mental health professionals (BACP member or equivalent). Our team works directly to case manage individuals assessed to be crisis.
We work with many local authorities, healthcare commissioners at system, place and neighbourhood, charities and housing associations to provide population-level mental health support.
Peer support plays an increasingly important role in mental health provision, whether to complement condition management, support recovery or provide a population-based early intervention measure. It has been widely adopted in the community and across primary, secondary and tertiary care settings and can provide immediate relief to people on waiting lists.
