Togetherall expands mental health support across South West London
December 03 2025
Over the past 14 years thousands of people in Wandsworth have turned to the service, through a partnership with NHS South West London ICB. Many of them may never have before engaged with traditional mental health support.
Now, access to the platform is expanding to include anyone aged over 16 in Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, and Wandsworth.
A safe, clinically moderated space
What sets Togetherall apart is its commitment to member safety and 24/7 support. At its core is a combination of peer-to-peer connection and round-the-clock oversight by registered mental health clinicians.
This model ensures that everyone in South West London who joins the platform enters a space that’s supportive, respectful, and free from judgment – day or night. Togetherall is clinically moderated at all times, creating a safe environment for open, honest conversation.
Reaching those who need support most
Challenges such as stigma, high demand on services, and traditional operating hours can prevent individuals from getting the support they need, when they need it. This expansion across South West London helps to break down those barriers by providing:
- An anonymous, judgment-free environment
- Clinical moderation to ensure safety
- Free, easy and immediate access for all local residents aged 16+
Notably, 63% of Togetherall members are not using any other form of professional support for their mental health, highlighting Togetherall’s ability to reach individuals who might not otherwise access support through traditional services.
Strengthening mental health care in South West London
By complementing existing NHS services, Togetherall can support local systems without adding pressure on NHS services. The platform offers a scalable, sustainable model, integrated into wider strategies for mental health care across the region.
For health and care systems in South West London, it’s a way to broaden reach, promote early intervention, and offer a trusted space for those who might otherwise remain unsupported.
“Expanding Togetherall across South West London is about more than reach; it’s about trust. For over a decade, we’ve been a trusted source of support for Wandsworth residents, and now we have the opportunity to bring that same safe, clinically moderated space to every borough in South West London so no one has to face their mental health challenges alone. This expansion reflects our deep commitment to breaking down barriers to support, fostering connection, and ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, can find a safe place where they feel heard, understood, and supported.”
