The University of Huddersfield renews partnership with Togetherall to continue providing around-the-clock mental health support for students

The University of Huddersfield has renewed its partnership with Togetherall, continuing its commitment to providing students with safe, clinically moderated mental health support whenever they need it.

We are thrilled to announcement that the University of Huddersfield has renewed its partnership with Togetherall. The renewal extends a long-standing partnership that began in 2017, ensuring that more than 15,000 students at the University of Huddersfield will continue to have free access to Togetherall’s trusted, clinically moderated peer support community, available 24/7/365.

Located in West Yorkshire, the University of Huddersfield serves a diverse student community from a variety of economic and ethnic backgrounds. The University is committed to ensuring all students can access timely, inclusive wellbeing support throughout their academic journey.

The decision to renew the partnership reflects the important role Togetherall plays in complementing the University’s existing wellbeing services by engaging students who may not otherwise seek help through conventional mental health offerings and providing access outside of traditional office hours.

Togetherall’s clinically moderated community enables students to connect anonymously with peers who understand what they’re experiencing, while benefiting from continuous oversight from licensed mental health professionals. The level of clinical rigor at Togetherall is unmatched, making the community safe and trusted by commissioners and members alike. The service also helps students access support early, outside of office hours, and at a pace that feels right for them.

As part of the ongoing partnership, Togetherall continues to work closely with the University of Huddersfield to encourage awareness and student engagement. Most recently, Togetherall attended the University’s “What’s on Wednesday” event to introduce students to the service and help them understand how they can access support whenever they need it.

Emma Carpenter, CMgr, MCMI, Student Wellbeing Manager at the University of Huddersfield, shared:

“By renewing our partnership with Togetherall, we continue to complement our existing wellbeing provision, that is reaching students who might not seek help through traditional routes and ensuring accessible, round-the-clock support when it matters most. Our students value the resources within the platform and find the 24/7 accessibility fits around their busy schedules.”

Togetherall is proud to continue supporting the University of Huddersfield’s commitment to student wellbeing and looks forward to building on nearly a decade of partnership to help more students access safe, clinically moderated mental health support.
