This membership marks an important step in aligning with the UK’s leading professional body representing organisations and practitioners dedicated to employee assistance programmes (EAPs) and workplace wellbeing.

EAPA UK’s mission is to promote the highest standards of practice and ongoing professional development within the EAP sector, while acting as a central voice to government and national bodies on issues related to employee wellbeing. As a member, Togetherall is proud to contribute to this mission, connecting with a community that shares its dedication to improving access to mental health support and strengthening the professional practice of workplace wellbeing.

Togetherall brings nearly 20 years of experience in clinically moderated, digital peer-to-peer support, providing safe, anonymous spaces where people can share experiences and support one another through mental health challenges. By joining EAPA UK, Togetherall will help champion innovative and complementary approaches to emotional health that enhance the services offered by EAPs and organisations across the country, additionally gaining key insights into what trends are surfacing in the EAP world to better support professional Togetherall members.

Becoming an EAPA UK member reflects Togetherall’s commitment to continuous learning, professional collaboration, and advocacy for robust, evidence-based support systems that promote resilience and psychological safety in the workplace. Togetherall looks forward to working alongside the EAPA UK community to exchange insights, deepen understanding of employee wellbeing needs, and advance conversations around the future of mental health support at work. Togetherall’s UK Managing Director, Stephanie Evans, is excited to join EAPA UK meetings and contribute to the upcoming discussions.
