Demonstration Terms

Definitions

  • ‘Terms’ means the Demonstration Terms
  • ‘Demonstration (Demo) Access’ means You will only use your access to the Site for the purposes of viewing, exploring, and demonstrating the Site to potential members or referrers interested in learning more about Togetherall.
  • A ‘Demonstration (Demo) Account’ refers to an account used for the purpose of demonstration access, defined above.
  • ‘Member’ means a member or potential member of the Site and ‘membership’ shall be interpreted accordingly.
  • A ‘Member Account’ refers to an account used by those accessing Togetherall for their own personal purposes, and not for Demonstration Access.
  • ‘Member Content’ means any information that a Member enters or uploads to the Site, excluding Personal Information entered to register, but including information entered to activate an account, in the Account Settings and My Profile sections of the Site, in bricks, Talkabouts, Useful Tools and Courses
  • ‘Member Name’ means the anonymous username You select to identify Yourself to other Members and which will be available to Wall Guides
  • ‘Personal Information’ means information about an identifiable individual, including You and others, e.g. Your real name, email address, postal code and date of birth
  • ‘Site’ means the website located at www.togetherall.com and pages therein under the control of Togetherall (the “Site”)
  • ‘We’ or ‘Us’ means Togetherall Limited, a company having a registered office at 38 Whitefriars Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4Y 8BQ and ‘Our’ shall be interpreted accordingly
  • ‘You’ means you, the user of the site and ‘Your’ and ‘Yourself’ shall be interpreted accordingly

 

Application and Acceptance

These Terms are important and apply where You choose to register as a Member for demo access onlyYou will access a “live” site, that is, our Members are using this site in real-time, and the content shared on this Site is actual Member content. We have a responsibility to respect the privacy of our Members and provide a safe and anonymous peer to peer support network.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering on the Site as a Member. By clicking ‘accept’ to register, You will be deemed to have consented to these Terms, and ensuring Us that you understand and accept the limitations of having demo access. If You do not agree to these Terms, then YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO register as a Member for demo access.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or update these Terms from time to time without further notice, subject to Your termination right as set out below. It is therefore Your responsibility to check these Terms regularly for any changes. We will post the last date of any change to these Terms at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Demonstration Terms. If You do not agree to abide by these Terms or any future terms, then You must discontinue using the Site.

 

Demonstration Rules

Demo Access will be provided to the live Togetherall platform, where confidential, sensitive information shared by members in real time can be viewed. By respecting the below rules and maintaining that anything shared is shared in this context, you help us ensure that we are providing a safe, anonymous community where Members can feel comfortable sharing their experiences, and we are channeling our 24/7 clinical moderators’ efforts toward those on the platform who need support.

In consideration of the demo access being provided, You confirm that:

  • You are over 16 years of age
  • You are a current employee of an organization that commissions Togetherall’s services
  • You are the sole user of this log-in, and will not share your log-in information with others
  • You will not use the Site for any personal purposes
  • You will not use any identifiable information to create your username
  • You will behave in a respectful way towards the community
  • You will not post or interact with any of the members of the community
  • You will limit your interaction to only viewing the content on the platform (e.g. You may view Member Content, courses etc)
  • You will not trigger the process used by our Wall Guides to manage risks:
    • Choose “I prefer not to say” as the option for answering “Get Started” This set of questions appear after registering for an account
    • Do not answer the self-assessment questions when enrolling in a course. The responses to these questions may trigger the risk management process
    • Do not post any content in community posts, and do not interact with other members or Wall Guides
    • Do not test the time it takes for a Wall Guide to response
  • You will use the Site solely for the purpose of demonstration and discussion
  • You will respect the privacy and confidentiality of member content and limit your demonstration of the Site to others. This ensures we are respecting the privacy of our Members
  • You will not photograph, record, copy, reproduce or distribute, in whole or in part, any member content on the Site, and/or any Togetherall content (e.g. self-assessments, courses)
  • You agree to compensate Us from any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to such claim or damages) made by a third party in respect of any matter in relation to or arising from Your use and Membership or arising from any breach or suspected breach of these Terms by You or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

If We discover or have any reason to suspect You are not following the demonstration rules, We reserve Our right to suspend or terminate Your membership to the Site immediately and without notice and to take any other actions in accordance with applicable law.

 

Links and Third-party websites and content

Please be aware that the Site may link to other websites that may be accessed by You through the Site. Such third-party websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Us, and We are not responsible for any websites You may access via a recommendation or suggestion on the Site. Inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of any third-party website or any third-party applications, software or content does not imply approval or endorsement by Us. If You decide to leave the Site and access a third-party website or to use or install any third-party applications, software or content, You do so at Your own risk. We are not responsible for the policies, content or security of these linked websites, including how they protect Your privacy and collect, use and disclose Personal Information. We strongly encourage You to review the privacy policies applicable to any linked websites You visit.

 

Privacy

Your privacy and that of all our Members is very important to us. Please read Our Privacy Policy for important information regarding the collection, use, disclosure and retention of Your Personal Information and Your rights in relation to this.

 

Termination

You may also cancel Your Membership at any time by notifying us through our contact form. If you wish to cancel your Membership, please contact: theteam@togetherall.com

We may terminate Your Membership, delete Your account and Your Member Content and/or prohibit You from using or accessing the Site for any reason, or no reason, at any time in Our sole discretion, with or without notice.

 

Our legal obligations and limits on liability

While We have taken every care in compiling the Site (which is based on clinical information and uses standard clinical tests), You acknowledge that the information contained on the Site does not constitute medical or professional advice. The Site is provided for information purposes only and all content and services on the Site are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not make any promises to You in respect of the Site or its content, including, without limitation, information provided by or regarding other Members and Member Content.

Any decision made or action taken by You on the basis of information provided on or via the Site is at Your sole discretion and risk.

While We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions in our content as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention, We do not promise that the Site will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition nor that the information on and provided via the Site will be free from errors or omissions. We shall not be liable for any failure or suspension of the Site, or for termination of access to the Site or access to content, including Member Content.

Due to the fact that many technical aspects of the Site and the content provided is supplied by or otherwise dependent on third parties, We are not responsible for the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness,

performance, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from viruses, or other harmful programs of the content and Member Content contained in or accessed through the Site.

We will not be liable for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by You and Us at the time of entering into these Terms, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

By following these Terms, You are helping Us to deliver our ethos of providing a safe and anonymous peer to peer support network, while ensuring that We can utilize our on-hand support team to help those who need it, when they need it. Please note that access to the Site will be revoked if You do not follow these Terms.
