All PreK- 12 educators in Iowa have free access to Togetherall, an anonymous, 24/7 digital mental health and peer support community that is monitored by mental health professionals.

What can people do on Togetherall?

Togetherall offers a range of activities that allow you to work through what's troubling you.

  • Access an anonymous community of support available 24/7, monitored by mental health professionals.

  • Share what's on your mind and gain support and advice from community members. Someone, somewhere will know how you’re feeling right now, perhaps even have gone through it themselves.

  • Find courses specific to your concerns and learn techniques to manage your mental health.

  • Take advantage of a journaling tool and self-assessments to help understand how you’re feeling and track your progress.
