Togetherall is an affordable, population-based solution

Peer support plays an increasingly important role in mental health provision, whether to complement condition management, support recovery or provide a population-based early intervention measure. It has been widely adopted in the community and across primary, secondary and tertiary care settings and can provide immediate relief to people on waiting lists.

  • A vibrant online community where members support each other

  • Clinical self-assessments, self-guided courses and creative tools

  • ORCHA approved

  • 24/7 moderation by professionals from therapy or counselling and clinical backgrounds

  • Localised links to mental health services available at place level

Latest research and evidence

Togetherall’s unique model complements rather than replaces healthcare interventions. Designed for population-wide use, we combine psychosocial, educational, recovery-oriented, and self-care approaches with a platform that is anonymous, instant-access, always active, and clinically moderated and managed.

In our latest paper ‘An evidence-based model for digital peer support’, we take an in-depth look at:

  • The treatment and access gap in support
  • Moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health
  • Offering healthier online spaces for people to connect with others
