Accessibility Statement for Togetherall’s Website and Platform, as of June 2025.
At Togetherall, we believe everyone should have access to mental health support from real people when they need it. Our goal is to create a great user experience that is accessible and inclusive, so everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities, can use our digital services. This commitment comes from our social charter, ensuring everyone can use our services without discrimination. This way, we positively impact all our members’ lives and provide valuable support to those who need us. Our site development and content creation follow accessibility guidelines like WCAG and ISO 30071-1.
Our site and online services are designed to be used as they are, but you might get the best experience by customising your device to suit your needs. For example, you can have the site read aloud, change the colour scheme, or increase the text size.
If this sounds helpful, visit WAI’s ‘How to Change Text Size or Colors’ (external site) page to learn how to make these changes using accessibility features on your computer, smartphone, or tablet, or by installing assistive technologies.
We’ve tested our site with accessibility experts and continue to review it using assistive technologies such as NVDA with Chrome on Windows and VoiceOver with Safari on iOS. If you use a different tool and experience issues, please contact us so we can help.
Here are some known problems we’re working on, based on WCAG 2.2 AA standards:
We’re also addressing accessibility issues in our PDFs, prioritising the most frequently used documents. If you need access to a specific PDF that isn’t yet accessible, please let us know and we’ll prioritise fixing it.
We want to hear your thoughts about the accessibility of Togetherall. If you encounter any difficulties, please use our contact us form. Where possible, we will either resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution to support you. It helps if you can provide details about the problem to help us fix it faster. You can do this by using the information advised in ‘Contacting Organisations about Inaccessible Websites’ (external site) in your request.
We appreciate all feedback about how easy or hard it is to use our site. We will look at every message carefully.
